While the social media is still raving about that Indian skipper Virat Kohli‘s one-handed catch to remove Peter Handscomb on day one of the 2nd Test at the Optus Stadium on Friday at slips, Indian women’s T20I captain Harmanpreet Kaur too pulled off a stunner in the ongoing Women’s Big bash League at Hobart on Saturday.

Playing for Sydney Thunders Women, Kaur pouched one running from wide mid-on to mid-wicket, stretching full length and taking the catch on her fingertips to remove Adelaide Strikers Women’s Tahila McGrath for one off Rene Farrell.

Kaur then went on to score 33 off 22 to lead Sydney to a six-wicket win in the match 13 of the tournament including two fours and three sixes.

A day, earlier, Kohli plucked one out of thin air going full stretch to hold on to a half chance with just one hand, when Ishant Sharma bumped Handscomb. Handscomb tried to evade but the the ball angled in, Handscomb managed to nick it.
