Younis Khan to retire from ODIs after ICC Cricket World Cup 2015

Pakistan batsman Younis Khan took to social media to announce his retirement from One-Day Internationals (ODI) after the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. He will however continue to plays in Tests.  Younis has scored over 7,000 runs for Pakistan at an average of over 30. Younis was going through a lean patch going into the tournament and he has not made a good start to the tournament either. Pakistan lost to arch-rivals India by 76 runs in the team’s first match of the tournament, followed it up with a 150-run loss at the hands of West Indies. Senior players like Shahid Afridi and skipper Misbah-ul-Haq too had announced that they too will retire after the mega event.
