Star India cricketer Yuvraj Singh, who is recuperating after going through chemotherapy in the US for a rare germ cell cancer, will be a key attraction in the upcoming Formula 1 Bahrain Grand Prix.

Yuvraj will be a special guest of a leading Bahrain-based businessman and a keen cricket fan, Mohammed Dadabhai and his family, the New York Daily News reported.

“We are honoured to have Yuvraj as our guest during the Formula One Grand Prix. It will be a great moment for both Bahrain where the race will be held and India from where Yuvraj will be coming from,” said a Dadabhai family member.

A Dadabhai Group spokesperson informed that the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) officials have been told about Yuvraj’s arrival

“It will add colour and glamour to the event and many of his fans may get a chance to see their hero in flesh and blood,” he added.
