After Jasprit Bumrah, India opener Rohit Sharma caught up with former cricketer Yuvraj Singh on Tuesday on an Instagram live session and discussed the lockdown situation and also spoke of Sachin Tendulkar’s aura and how cricket today.

Drawing parallels of the 21-day lockdown situation due to coronavirus pandemic with the process of voting, Yuvraj said it is important that people practice social distancing and improve their immune system.

“I am getting the feeling that people in Delhi are losing patience. I would like to tell them that it is a matter of time. It is important that people practice social distancing. They should know how to keep their immune system better. People should look to focus on themselves,” Yuvraj said during the chat with Sharma on Instagram.

“It is just like voting. You cannot think, what will happen if I do not do my duty. It is just about patience. Everyone needs to look at it individually,” he added.

The left-handed World Cup-winner also said that when he had joined the side in 1999, they looked up to the seniors with respect and felt is not the case now and social media has played a massive role.
