Â
Zimbabwe captain Brendan Taylor won the toss in the second Twenty 20 international against New Zealand and elected to field.
Â
Earlier New Zealand had thrashed Zimbabwe by a 10-wicket win in the first Twenty20 international at Harare Sports Club on Saturday. Brendon McCullum slammed an unbeaten 81 as New Zealand raced to the target convincingly.
Â
Zimabbwe have to address their bowling concerns as 22-year-old Kyle Jarvis has been entrusted with being Zimbabwe’s spearhead in absence of the injured Brian Vitori who was star performer for Zimbabwe in Pakistan series.
Â
Jarvisâ good performance can help Ray Price and Prosper Utseya to stop the run flow. Jarvis was expensive in the first T20 match when he gave away 32-runs in just three overs on Saturday.
Â
The start of the 2nd match was earlier delayed due to wet outfield.
