Champions Trophy 2025: Even after being eliminated, Pakistan to earn THIS amount of money

The Men in Green got defeated by New Zealand and India, then their final match against Bangladesh got abandoned without even a single ball being bowled due to heavy rain.

Though the Pakistan team is out of the competition, there is a high amount of money that the team can walk out of the tournament with.

Before the tournament began, ICC had announced a 53% increase in the prize money of the tournament as compared to the previous 2017 edition of the event.

As per the 53% increase, the teams with finish 7th and 8th (last place) are going to earn around 140k USD (approximately Rs. 1.22 crore). On top of that, a participation prize will add an additional 125k USA (approximately Rs. 1.09 crore)

As per the above mentioned numbers, even if the Pakistan team comes out of the competition at the very last position, the Men in Green are still going to earn 265k USD (approximately Rs. 2.31 crore).
