Ellyse Perry to Annabel Sutherland: Women cricketers who won Australian Cricket Awards 2025
The voting period for the women category came to an end on February 2, 2025 in order to include the performance from the Ashes Test were included as well.
1) Annabel Sutherland
After a knock of 163 runs in the Ashes Tests and helping Australia secure a clean sweep, Annabel Sutherland won Belinda Clark Award. Annabel had scored a double century against South Africa and has been in peak form across formats.
2) Ashleigh Gardner
Australia's star all-rounder Ashleigh Gardner won the Women's ODI Player of the Year award. In 2024, she secured 20 wickets in 12 ODIs, and scored 269 runs at an average of 29.88.
3) Beth Mooney
Seasoned top-order batter Beth Mooney got awarded with Women's T20I Player of the Year, as she scored 494 runs in 17 matches, at an average of 38 in a calendar year. She is also the highest run-scorer for Australia in the format in the year 2024.
4) Ellyse Perry and Jess Jonassen
Sydney Sixers' Ellysse Perry and Brisbane Heat's Jess Jonassen won the WBBL Player of the Tournament. Perry was the highest run-scorer, along with Jonassen, who claimed 17 wickets from 12 matches.
5) Georgia Voll
Young opener Georgia Voll got rewarded for her consistent performance in domestic cricket. She has played one Test, three ODIs, and many T20Is. She had scored an ODI century against India as well.
6) Chloe Ainsworth
Chloe Ainsworthy represented Australia in the ICC U-19 Women's T20 World Cup 2025, and was named the Young Cricketer of the Year.
