Shubman Gill has continued his brilliant performance with the bat in the Edgbaston Test. He has scored a strong double century in this match. With this double century, Gill has surpassed Azharuddin and has become the batsman to score the highest score in the SENA country as a captain.

02. Mohammed Azharuddin

Mohammad Azharuddin holds the second spot on the list, thanks to his brilliant batting performance in the Auckland Test in 1990, where he scored a superb 192 against New Zealand.
