Former Indian pacer Venkatesh Prasad set to partake in KSCA elections, Whole panel to be re-elected

Former Indian pacer Venkatesh Prasad, who also used to be a commentator and an experienced coach, is now going to step into the elections of Karnataka State Cricket association (KSCA).

However, after 2016, Venkatesh has stayed away from administration in order to focus on a coaching career, along with also being in the media world as an expert and a commentator.

Venkatesh Prasad is going to have Vinay Mruthyunjaya on his side. Mruthyunjaya  is a former KSCA treasurer, and he was even a part of the BCCI Finance Committee. It has been revealed that Venkatesh and Vinay are going to announce the full set to their panel in the time soon to come.

The time period of the current KSCA leadership, held by Raghuram Bhatt, is going to end on September 30. It is to be noted that the present set of officials are under firing line since 11 fans lost their lives during the stampede near the M Chinnaswamy stadium during RCB’s IPL victory celebration.
