The former Pakistan cricketer tied the knot with his cousin Lubna Anwar, who is a professional doctor. The duo got married in 1996 and were soon blessed with a daughter, who they named Bismah.

Saeed and Lubna’s daughter, Bismah passed away in the year 2001, just 5 years after their marriage. She was suffering from a long-term illness and ended up succumbing to it at the age of just 3 years, leaving the whole family shattered.
4. However, the daughter soon passed away
Following the demise of his daughter, Saeed took a break from cricket and joined Tablighi Jamaat. He became a more religious person and even ended up growing a long beard.
