The former spinner from India was banned from the IPL in the 2019 season. Despite Tambe receiving a bid from the Kolkata Knight Riders, the BCCI banned him due to him participating in the T10 league without the board’s permission in 2018.

The Pakistan pacer had a good record for the Delhi Daredevils in the inaugural season of the IPL. However, Asif was banned from the tournament due to his involvement in a drug consumption scandal.

The England batter recently got banned for 2 years from IPL. Despite the Delhi Capitals acquiring Brook’s services in the auction last year, the batter got banned due to his last-minute withdrawal from the tournament. Brook stated that he took the hard decision to skip IPL because he currently wants to put all his focus on the England national team.

The former Australia batter got banned from the tournament in the 2018 season for his involvement in the ball tampering scandal. Warner was supposed to lead the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the tournament, but instead didn’t feature in any match of the season.

The former India spinner was banned from the inaugural season of IPL. This came after Harbhajan slapped Sreesanth during a match between the Mumbai Indians and the Kings XI Punjab. Though Harbhajan did feature in some games of the tournament, the ban saw him miss all of the Mumbai-based franchise’s remaining matches.

The former Australia batter was accused of assaulting a woman and her fiancé in a hotel after an IPL match. Following the controversy, Pomersbach, who was playing for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru during the season, was suspended for the rest of the tournament.
