The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has already stated that they will bring this matter of Mohasin Naqvi’s behavior to the attention of the International Cricket Council (ICC). As per PTI, the cricket board even plans to get him removed from the position of director in the ICC.

BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia had even stated that Asia Cup title is is not the private property of Mohsin Naqvi, and that he should hand it to India as soon as possible.

According to the protocols, the Asia Cup trophy should have been sent to the BCCI headquarters in Mumbai by now. However, Mohsin Naqvi has made his plans clear that if India want the trophy then the captain- Suryakumar Yadav- will have to personally come to Dubai and collect it.
