Reports reveal Axar Patel is going to lead Delhi Capitals in the IPL 2025, however there are some reasons for Axar to not be given the leadership duties.
1) Inexperience of captaincy in IPL
The 2025 season of IPL is going to begin in a short while. Almost every team has announced their captains as well. However, Delhi Capitals is the team that is yet to announce who will captain their side.
After Rishabh Pant broke his ties with the franchise, they were in need for a leader. They even took the players in the mega-auction with the thought that one of them will be given the leadership duties. Though reports state Axar is set to become Dc’s capital, here are some reasons why he should not be given the duty.
