The world cricket has seen a lot of high-quality bowlers from different countries. Here are a list of players who have scored the top rankings in Test cricket.
6) Jasprit Bumrah (IND)
The former South African player had played 93 Test matches in his career, and had overall bagged 439 wickets with an average of 22.9. He was ranked at the 909th place in 2014.

Another South African player, who hung his boots from cricket in 2019. He has played 64 matches during his career, and had taken 224 wickets at an average of 22.32. He was ranked 912 in 2013.

Legendary Sri Lankan right-arm bowler retired from the sport in 2010. He had played 133 Tests and bagged 800 wickets at an average of 22.72. He got the rating of 920 in 2007.
