These are the Indian bowlers who gave up a lot of extras and thus, ended up bowling a massive number of deliveries in an over in the one-day format
1. Zaheer Khan – 11 deliveries
The former left-arm India pacer ended up giving away 5 extras and a total of 12 runs during the ODI clash against Australia back in 2003.
2. Mohammed Shami – 11 deliveries
The veteran India pacer ended up bowling 5 wide deliveries in the first over of the clash against arch-rivals Pakistan in the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy.
3. Irfan Pathan – 11 deliveries
The former India all-rounder ended up giving away 14 runs which included 5 extras in an ODI clash against West Indies which was held in Kingston back in 2006.
4. Lakshmipathy Balaji – 10 deliveries
The former India pacer ended up conceding 12 runs during an over against Sri Lanka back in 2004. Balaji gave away 4 extras during the over in which he bowled 10 deliveries.

The former India spinner ended up conceding 10 runs in an over against Ireland during an ODI clash against Ireland in 2011. Chawla gave away 4 extras during the over.
6. Zaheer Khan – 10 deliveries
The former India pacer ended up conceding a total of 7 extras during an over against Pakistan in the 2003 ODI World Cup. Zaheer ended up bowling a massive number of deliveries in the over.
7. Mohammed Siraj – 10 deliveries
The India pacer ended up conceding 8 runs which included 4 extras during an over against New Zealand in 2023. Siraj bowled a huge number of deliveries in the over.
