After arriving in the Caribbean islands for a four-Test series that begins on July 21, Team India spent a quiet day by unwinding on the beaches. After recharging themselves, the Indian cricketers got going with their preparation for the tough series. They indulged in some useful exercises for warm up and started their preparations first with an outdoor Yoga session. The early morning session took place under the watchful eyes of the Yoga instructor. Once the session was done, the players took to the beach to have some volleyball action. Divided into two groups, the players had fun playing the game on the beach. In the meantime, the sport also rejuvenated them and turned out to be a useful exercise.
