These are the players who can turn out to be the standout performers in either the batting or bowling department in the IPL 2025 clash between the Sunrisers Hyderabad and Punjab Kings
1. Heinrich Klaasen
The Punjab Kings batter played the knock of his life in his side’s previous match against the Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2025. Priyansh played a sensational innings of 103 runs from just 52 deliveries, including 7 boundaries and 9 sixes. He will be looking to play another big knock when he takes the field against the Sunrisers Hyderabad on Saturday.
2. Priyansh Arya
The Sunrisers Hyderabad skipper will be eager to get his side’s season back on track when he takes the field against the Punjab Kings on Saturday. Cummins contributed well with both the bat and the ball in the Hyderabad-based franchise’s previous match of the season against the Gujarat Titans, playing an important cameo of 22 and finishing with bowling figures of 1/26.
3. Pat Cummins
The Punjab Kings batter is known for playing highly important knocks while batting in the lower-middle order. Shashank was brilliant in his side’s previous match against the Chennai Super Kings, playing a valiant unbeaten innings of 52 to guide PBKS to a huge total of 219/6. He will be looking to continue this form in his side’s upcoming clash against the Sunrisers Hyderabad.
4. Shashank Singh
The Sunrisers Hyderabad pacer hasn’t been in a great form in the ongoing IPL season. However, Shami was his side’s top bowler in his side’s previous match of the season against the Gujarat Titans, finishing his 4-over spell with figures of 2/28. He will be looking to bowl another impressive spell when he takes the field against the Punjab Kings on Saturday.
5. Mohammed Shami
The Punjab Kings pacer was the only bowler of his side that was able to impress in his side’s previous IPL match against the Chennai Super Kings. Ferguson finished his 4-over spell with figures of 2/40 as CSK got restricted to 201/5 in 20 overs while chasing the target of 220. Ferguson will be looking to impress again when he comes up against the Sunrisers Hyderabad.
