The details of this project were revealed by Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar through his X (formerly known as Twitter) post. This project can be taken as a big step by Bengaluru in their sporting culture.
The complex is going to be built on a 75-acre site at Surya City in Bommasandra. The stadium is designed to have 60,000 seats and is going to be second in size only after the Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad.
