2. Parthiv Patel (Chennai Super Kings) - 53 balls

The former Chennai Super Kings batter ended up playing quite a slow knock against the Kings XI Punjab in a clash during the 2010 season of IPL. Patel is the Indian to score the slowest half-century in the history of the league.

Brendon McCullum

3. Brendon McCullum (Kolkata Knight Riders) - 52 balls

The former Kolkata Knight Riders batter played a really slow inning against the Mumbai Indians in the 2010 season of IPL. Though McCullum was known for his hard-hitting and explosive batting, he found it very difficult to score runs against the opposing bowling attack.
