Andy Flower
Zimbabwe's left-handed top order batter Andy Flower also has scored 145 runs in the ICC tournament, however he is at the third position because he had secured this score in 164 balls. He recorded this feat on 14 September 2002 against India in Colombo.

Indian legend Sourav Ganguly posted an unbeaten score of 141 runs in 142 balls against South Africa at Gymkhana Club Ground on 13 October 2000. He is the only one of the two Indians to be on the top 5 players to reach this feat.
Sachin Tendulkar
India's legendary 'Master blaster' Sachin Tendulkar is another Indian to secure his name in this elite list. He also scored a score of 141 runs in 128 balls against Australia in Dhaka on 28 October 1998.
