Shikhar Dhawan buys Extra-Luxurious apartment in Gurugram: The place costs almost Rs. 69 crore
Former Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan, also known as 'Gabbar', has bought an extra-luxurious apartment in Gurugram Sector 54, which is worth around Rs. 69 crore.
Former Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan has recently bought an ultra-luxurious apartment for almost Rs. 69 crore as DLF's real estate project in The Dahlias, Gurugram. The documents have revealed that the cost of the place in Rs. 65.61 crore and total cost- including the duties- is Rs. 68.89 crore.
The agreement for the sale document revealed that Shikhar Dhawan had paid a stamp duty of Rs. 3.24 crore for this luxurious apartment in DLF's The Dahlias. This property is located on DLF's The Dahlias located in Golf Course road, Gurgaon Sector 54.
This new property bought by Shikhar Dhawan is spread across 6040 square feet, and includes five car parking spots. As per the documents, the price of this apartment divides to Rs. 1.08 lakh per square feet.
Shikhar Dhawan, also known as 'Gabbar', had announced his retirement from all forms of cricket last year in August 2024. The 38-year-old's international career spanned over 12 years with him featuring in 34 Tests, 167 ODIs and 68 T20Is.
After a divorce, Shikhar Dhawan is currently in his new phase of love life, as he is dating an Irish product consultant Sophie Shine. Gabbar announced his relationship through a collaborative post with Sophie Shine from his official Instagram account.
