Shubman Gill, Rahul Tewatia and Rashid Khan have secured a massive feat for Gujarat Titans, The franchise is playing their 50th match on April 9, and with that, Gill, Rashid and Rahul are also playing their 50th match for GT.

Gujarat Titans (GT) have had a good outing in the 2025 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) so far, as they have won three of their four matches and are at the second place in the points table. If GT manages to secure a victory over Rajasthan Royals, they will secure the top place in the standings.

The Gujarat-based franchise made their IPL debut in the year 2022, and today's match (April 9) marks their 50th match. For the team, Shubman Gill, Rashid Khan and Rahul Tewatia secured a great record, as they have been a part of GT from day one and are also playing their 50th game with the team.

GT had taken Shubman Gill and Rashid Khan during the IPL 2022 pre-auction draft, along with signing Rahul Tewatia in the mega-auction. Rashid Khan was also appointed as the vice-captain of the team.

Shubman Gill is currently the highest run-scorer for GT. He has scored 1947 runs in 50 innings, which has been accompanied by 4 centuries and 11 half-centuries. Gill was then given the captaincy duty in the IPL 2024.

Rashid Khan has scored 329 runs for GT along with a half-century, and is the only bowler for the team to take more than 50 wickets. Rashid currently has 57 wickets to his name. Rashid Khan also has the duty of the team's vice-captain.

Rahul Tewatia (Image Credit- X)

Rahul Tewatia has 498 runs for the Gujarat team. He has got the chance to bowl only 12 and 13 balls in the IPL 2022 and 2023 respectively. Tewatia did not bowl even a single ball during IPL 2024, and was retained for this year.
