Suryakumar Yadav has said that if he gets a chance, he will surely meet AB de Villiers and also ask him on how to manage both T20Is and ODIs greatly.

Suryakumar Yadav is one of India’s prominent run-scorers in the T20I format, though his form has faced a dip in the recent time. However, he could not convert his format in the 20-over format to the ODI format- as he has played 35 innings and scored 773 runs.
Reflecting on his not-so-well record in the ODI format, Suryakumar Yadav has said that he wants to meet South African legend AB de Villiers and take his advise on how to perform great in both the formats.
“If I meet him (AB de Villiers) soon, then I would like to ask him how he managed to balance his T20I and ODI games. I haven’t been able to do so. I thought ODIs should be played like T20Is. I want to ask him what he did to be successful in both formats,” Suryakumar Yadav said on Vimal Kumar’s YouTube channel.
“AB, if you are listening to this, please get in touch with me quickly because there are three or four important years ahead for me. I’m very keen on playing ODI cricket as well. Please help me! I couldn’t balance T20Is and ODIs,” he added.
