‘True fans will never do…’: Mohammed Shami Brutally replies to his all his Trolls calling him a Traitor

Speaking about the people that send hate to Mohammed Shami, the veteran Indian pacer gave a brutal reply to all his internet trolls.

Mohammed Shami is one of India’s veteran pacers. Even though he has not appeared in a lot of cricket matches in the recent years because of his injuries, Shami is still a major name in Indian cricket. He has played a major role in a lot of team’s victories across formats, but that does not seem to have made him an exception from being trolled on social media.

When India lost to Pakistan in the 2021 T20 World Cup, Mohammed Shami was under heavy fire of the people of social media- who openly labelled him a traitor. However, Shami has recently given a proper reply to the trolls, stating that he does not pay attention to these negative behavior by the people.

As he shared his expressions, Mohammed Shami clarified that he is not a machine and that since he is working all the time, there are going to be times when he will end up failing. Shami buries the haters deep inside the ground by mentioning that when he plays for the country, he does not think about what people will speak about him if he fails to perform well.

I pay no heed to such trolling. I have been given a job. I am not a machine. If I am working hard throughout the year, sometimes I will fail, sometimes I will succeed. It’s up to people how they want to take that. When you play for your country, you forget all such things. For you, taking wickets and winning the match become more important. I don’t want to go on social media at such times. You see both positive and negative comments. When you’re playing, you need to stay far away from such things,” Shami said on News24.

We work hard to succeed. Trolls just have to type two lines. True fans will never do such things. If you have objections, then raise them—but respectfully. If you think you can do better than me, please come and try. It’s always open,” he further said.
