These are the Pakistan bowlers, who have achieved the rare feat of picking up wickets on 3 consecutive deliveries in red-ball cricket
1. Wasim Akram
The legendary Pakistan pacer took not one but 2 hat-tricks throughout his illustrious Test career. Both of Akram’s hat-tricks came against Sri Lanka. Both the hat-tricks were taken in the year 1999.
2. Abdul Razzaq
The former Pakistan all-rounder was the second bowler from his country to bag a hat-trick in Test cricket. Razzaq’s hat-trick came against Sri Lanka in Galle in the year 2000.
3. Mohammad Sami
The former Pakistan pacer was the third bowler from his country to claim a hat-trick in the longest format. Sami’s hat-trick also came against Sri Lanka and it came in Lahore in the year 2002.
4. Naseem Shah
The Pakistan pacer achieved the massive feat against Bangladesh in the Rawalpindi Test in 2020. Naseem was the fourth bowler from his country to bag a Test hat-trick.
5. Noman Ali
The 38-year-old became the first spinner from Pakistan to bag a hat-trick in red-ball cricket during the Men in Green’s clash against West Indies in Multan. Noman is the fifth bowler from Pakistan to achieve the rare feat.
