Xavier Doherty is an Australian cricketer, an orthodox left-arm spinner and a handy lower-order batsman.

Doherty had a promising start to his international career when he picked four wickets in his One-Day International debut (ODI) against Sri Lanka back in 2010 and later he also made his Test debut in the same calendar year against England. He was also a part of the Australian team who emerged victorious in the 2015 World Cup but just played a solitary game against Sri Lanka in the league stages.
