Haider remained unbeaten on 66 off 43 to take his team to the winning line.
The 19-year-old Haider Ali made 54 as Pakistan beat England by five runs in a last-ball T20 thriller in Manchester on Tuesday (September 1).
Moeen had made a mere 10 runs in four previous international innings this season, but blasted 61 off 33 on Monday.
It was Pakistan's first victory in 66 days in England and meant they squared three-match T20I series at 1-1.
The coronavirus pandemic has led England to name separate red-ball and white-ball squads this season.
Veterans Mohammad Hafeez, Shoaib Malik, and Wahab Riaz have also been picked in the squad for the T20I series versus England.
The new names on the list are Kashif Bhatti, Mohammad Hasnain, Fakhar Zaman, Mohammad Rizwan, Mohammad Hafeez, Wahab Riaz, and Imran Khan.
Imad Wasim and Usman Shinwari, also screened in Rawalpindi, have tested negative and, as such, will travel to Lahore on 24 June.
Haider is a highly rated batting talent to have emerged from Pakistan in recent times.
Besides Haider Ali, Kashif Bhatti is the other uncapped player in the side.
