Top ten beards in cricket
The 22-yeard old South Australian seam bowler, Kane Richardson is known for his ability to bowl tight spells in the shorter formats of the game. He made his Twenty20 (T20) back in 2009 for South Australia against Queensland, but it was only in 2011 did he make his First-Class debut. He played a One-Day International (ODI) as well against Sri Lanka in 2013.
During Indian Premier League (IPL) 2013 he was picked up by the Pune Warriors India franchise for a whooping sum of $700,000, but he only played three matches. Rajasthan Royals (RR) plumped for Richardson in IPL 7 auction. He has also played for Adelaide Strikes in the Big Bash League (BBL).
Richardson has the ability to swing the ball late and can also hurry the batsmen for pace. His trademark delivery is the one that in-slants, before it swings late and away from the batsman. Equipped with perhaps the most impressive beard in international cricket, Williamson will look to make it big with his canny bowling, especially in limited-overs cricket.
