David Warnerb Jofra Archer 6 14 0 0 42.86
3.1
Jofra Archer to David Warner, OUT! CLEANED HIM UP! Warner is gone! He did not look comfortable at all in his short stay.Length ball on middle, a bit of movement into the batsman there. Warner misses his defensive push and sees the ball crash into the stumps behind. England draw the first blood.
Aaron Finch (C)c Jos Buttler b Mark Wood 16 25 3 0 64
9.1
Mark Wood to Aaron Finch, OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! The Australian skipper takes the long walk back.  A faint nick and Finch does not wait for the umpire to raise his finger. England have their second breakthrough here. The change has ushered in a wicket immediately. Short length ball outside off, it pitches and seams in sharply. Finch looked to drive at that but the ball takes a faint outside edge. It goes to Buttler behind who holds on to it safely. Wood appeals but Finch is not waiting for the umpire, he knows he nicked it.
Marcus Stoinisc Jos Buttler b Mark Wood 43 34 6 0 126.47
15.2
Mark Wood to Marcus Stoinis, OUT! CAUGHT! Mark gets his second and its the well set Stoinis. All praises for Buttler as he takes a superb diving catch.  Back of a length delivery outside off, Marcus looks to drive but a thick outisde edge is induced. It goes to the right of Buttler, who does a good job to dive and hold on to it.
Marnus Labuschagnelbw b Adil Rashid 21 30 1 0 70
19.2
Adil Rashid to Marnus Labuschagne, OUT! Rashid Strikes! No it is not! It is a bad review as three reds pop up! A very good decision by the umpire as we had a doubt it may have been slightly outside off. The master is not playing and the apprentice cannot hold fort too.The visitors slip further. This is tossed up outside off, it is the googly. Labuschagne does not pick it. He tries to work it on the leg side with the turn but misses to get hit on the pads. An appeal and up goes the finger. Marnus reviews but replays show that the on-field call is the right one. He has to walk back and takes a review along with him.
Mitchell Marshlbw b Mark Wood 73 100 6 0 73
46.6
Mark Wood to Mitchell Marsh, OUT! LBW! England hit the final nail in Australian coffin. Three reds and Marsh takes the long walk back to the Australian dressing room and also takes the reviews with him. He is the last recognized batter and he was probably Australia's only hope to get to 300. Can't blame him for reviewing it. Wood goes wide of the crease and angles it into the middle pole. Marsh looks to work it across the line but misses to get hit on the pads. A huge shout and up goes the finger. Marsh reviews but to no avail. England finishing strongly.
Alex Carey (W)c Sam Billings b Adil Rashid 10 10 1 0 100
23.4
Adil Rashid to Alex Carey, OUT! CAUGHT! Rashid gets his second. Carey sweeps but is not lucky this time. Rashid keeps on wrecking havoc in the Australian side. He seems like a nightmare to them. Flights this on middle, a big stride from Carey as he looked to sweep at that. A top edge is induced again, but this time it goes straight into the hands of Billings at backward square leg. He takes it comfortably and Carey has to walk back.
Glenn Maxwellb Jofra Archer 77 59 4 4 130.51
43.3
Jofra Archer to Glenn Maxwell, OUT! TIMBER! Jofra has the last laugh! He takes the revenge! Morgan would be a relieved man after Archer was hit for two maximums. Glenn in pursuit of a third one drags one onto the furniture behind.  Jofra bowls it on a length outside off, a touch slower than his regular pace. Maxwell looked to pull that one for another boundary, but he is beaten for the pace there. Gets a bottom edge, which deflects onto his woodwork. Maxwell is livid with himself, and rightly so.
Pat Cumminsc Eoin Morgan b Jofra Archer 9 7 1 0 128.57
45.1
Jofra Archer to Pat Cummins, OUT! CAUGHT!  Another one bites the dust but it is Cummins who departs. It went a long way in the air but did not get the distance which Cummins would have liked! It is a good comeback from Archer after being hit for two sixes by Maxwell in his previous over. Jofra bowls a slow length ball outside off, Cummins looked to heave that on the off side but gets a top edge. It goes straight down the throat of Morgan at extra cover. Archer is laughing here, good comeback from him though!
Mitchell Starcnot out 19 12 1 1 158.33
Adam Zampac & b Chris Woakes 5 9 0 0 55.56
49.5
Chris Woakes to Adam Zampa, OUT! CAUGHT AND BOWLED! Brilliant stuff from Woakes there! Excellent use of the off cutter there!  Woakes bowls this back of a length around the off-stump, Zampa looked to heave that on the leg side but gets a top edge. Woakes moves to his left and holds on to that comfortably. He was struggling against Woakes, Zampa.

Jason Royc & b Josh Hazlewood 3 12 0 0 25
3.5
Josh Hazlewood to Jason Roy, OUT! CAUGHT AND BOWLED! What a catch from Hazlewood! It is never easy to take the retun one in the followthrough for a pacer but Josh has done it. England jolted early in the chase. Their power hitter is gone cheaply. Full length delivery on middle, Jason looked to drive that back past the bowler but he ends up hitting it low and uppish back to Hazlewood, who displays amazing reflexes as he grabs that one. Excellent bowling from Hazlewood and excellent, quick reaction there.
Jonny Bairstowc Josh Hazlewood b Adam Zampa 84 107 4 4 78.5
35.2
Adam Zampa to Jonny Bairstow, OUT! CAUGHT! The last thing England wanted in this chase! Zampa strikes to give his skipper a big smile. The Aussies are happy to see the back of the resilent Jonny Bairstow.  Bairstow slams that high in the air towards deep mid-wicket! Has he got enough of it? No, that's a brilliant catch by Hazlewood in the deep there! Slower in the air on off, Bairstow looked to monster that over deep mid-wicket for a six. He gets it high in the air but does not get the distance. Hazlewood, running to his right, judges the ball, dives forward and takes it safely. Bairstow, who was going well, has to go back to the dressing room now.
Joe Rootc Alex Carey b Josh Hazlewood 1 11 0 0 9.09
7.1
Josh Hazlewood to Joe Root, OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! Yipeeee! Josh has struck for the second time and it is Root who falls prey to him. Length delivery around off, Root hangs his bat out, looking to defend. He though gets an outside edge. The ball goes low to Carey who dives forward, grabs it and does well to hold on.
Eoin Morgan (C)c Glenn Maxwell b Adam Zampa 23 18 2 1 127.78
14.5
Adam Zampa to Eoin Morgan, OUT! CAUGHT! The English skipper departs. Though Zampa may be young kid but you cannot overpower him. If you do you pay the price as Morgan paid. Maxwell has bucket hands and he holds on to it safely. Flatter ball on the off stump line, Morgan rocks back and looked to play it over mid-wicket. He though gets it uppishly but just to the left of Maxwell at short mid-wicket. Maxwell lunges to his left and takes that catch. He is elated and so is Zampa, they know how big a wicket this is.
Jos Buttler (W)c Marnus Labuschagne b Adam Zampa 1 4 0 0 25
16.1
Adam Zampa to Jos Buttler, OUT! CAUGHT! Another one is gone and England in all sorts of trouble here. Labuschagne takes an excellent catch! The apprentice has learned many things from his master it seems. It was difficult, especially under the floodlights, but he keeps his eyes on the ball, steadies himself and takes an excellent catch, diving forward as the ball dipped on him. Zampa floats this around off, Buttler launches on to it. He gets the height but not the distance. It goes towards Marnus at long on who steadied himself, kept his eyes on the ball and takes a good catch. Australia are celebrating, they know this is a huge wicket.
Sam Billingsc David Warner b Mitchell Marsh 118 110 14 2 107.27
49.6
Mitchell Marsh to Sam Billings, OUT!  It goes high in the air and Billings is dismissed off the very last ball! He was the only player who held his end still, almost saw his side but ends up holing out in the end. Fullish length ball on off, Billings looked to hoick that over mid-wicket. He gets the height but not the distance. It goes straight down the throat of David Warner at wide long on, who takes a good catch. AUSTRALIA WIN BY 19 RUNS AND TAKE A 1-0 LEAD IN THE 3-MATCH ODI SERIES!
Moeen Alic Marnus Labuschagne b Josh Hazlewood 6 13 0 0 46.15
38.4
Josh Hazlewood to Moeen Ali, OUT! The 6th one goes down for England! Nothing wrong with the shot there but Moeen is out of luck there. Fullish delivery on the off stump line, Moeen looks to drive that uppishly. He does not get the height and it goes straight to Labuschagne at cover who takes it safely.
Chris Woakesc Glenn Maxwell b Adam Zampa 10 11 1 0 90.91
43.3
Adam Zampa to Chris Woakes, OUT! CAUGHT! It is Maxwell with his bucket hands who takes it. Good thinking from the Aussie skipper there. Loopy ball on off, Woakes looks to go downtown. He though ends up skying it high towards long off. Maxwell, settles himself well and takes a good catch.
Adil Rashidc Glenn Maxwell b Pat Cummins 5 5 0 0 100
44.4
Pat Cummins to Adil Rashid, OUT! 8 down are England and staring at the loss. Full length delivery on off, Adil looked to loft that over covers but ends up getting a top edge. It goes high and Maxwell settles well at cover-point. He holds on to it safely as it comes down.
