    • Wow, what a slugfest it was.

    • Raina: 'Baz (Brendon McCullum) started well. He smashed two sixes and I thought that they wicket was good. We had a good start in the first 6 overs and we knew we had MS, Jadeja, Bravo. Glad we played positive cricket. We still have to improve our bowling.'

    • Raina is the MoM for his 43-ball 90.

    • Dhoni: 'We batted really well. This is a high scoring ground. It may have got slighty better under lights. McCullum and Smith gave us a great start. We went hard. Earlier, we were conservative. With our bowlers struggling, we wanted that extra 20-25 runs. We tried all our bowlers in the 6 overs and everybody went for runs. They will have to imrpove. I am sure our batsmen won't get 240 all the time.'

    • Morne van Wyk: 'The four overs that Bravo bowled was the game breaker. He hit the good areas. It was not just the slower balls. It was a great exhibition of skill from him. 210-215 could have made a massive difference. We would have started the innings the same way though.'

    • Chasing 243 was an improbable task, but the Dolphins made a fist of the challenge, finishing with 188. Delport went hammer and tongs at the bowlers, powering the Dolphins to the fastest fifty in the history of the World T20 League. The others also threw their bats around until Dwayne Bravo came into the picture. His assortment of slower balls stifled the opposition. Mohit was not far behind either with his back of the hand cutters. So, Chennai get their first points on board with this 54-run triumph. Stick around for the presentation.

    • End of over 20 ( 11 Runs )DOL 188/10 10 wickets down for DOL. Out batsman is Andile Phehlukwayo. It is all over for DOL. 19.6Mohit Sharma to Andile Phehlukwayo. out Bowled!! Dolphins have been bowled out off the last ball. Chennai win by 54 runs. Good length ball angled in, Phehlukwayo wants to slog it over the leg-side. Does not connect with it, the ball strikes the top of the leg-pole. A Phehlukwayo b Mohit Sharma 22(17) [4s-2 6s-1]

    • 19.5Mohit Sharma to Andile Phehlukwayo. no run, mighty full and outside off, Phehlukwayo does not reach out and attack it. That was just inside the tram-line

    • 19.4Mohit Sharma to Craig Alexander. 1 run, short and climbs over the stumps, Craig Alexander backs away and carves it to sweeper cover

    • 19.3Mohit Sharma to Craig Alexander. SIX, one slower ball too many? A bit shortish here, Craig Alexander mauls the pull over deep mid-wicket. The ball exploded off the meat of the blade

    • 19.2Mohit Sharma to Craig Alexander. FOUR, slower one again, but full on off, Craig Alexander comes down the track, adjusts and flays it away past covers

    • 19.1Mohit Sharma to Craig Alexander. no run, another well-disguised back of the hand slower ball, Craig Alexander is rooted to the crease as he misses the lash through the off-side

    • End of over 19 ( 8 Runs )DOL 177/9 18.6Dwayne Bravo to Craig Alexander. 1 run, Craig Alexander steps out, Bravo slips in another slower ball, this one is a back of a length offering, Craig Alexander slogs it in the air. The ball bounces in front of Jaddu at long-on

    • 18.5Dwayne Bravo to Craig Alexander. no run, 105kph slower cutter outside off, Alexander swings and misses

    • 18.4Dwayne Bravo to Andile Phehlukwayo. 1 run, slower back of a length ball on the leg-stump, Phehlukwayo steps away and drags it to long on

    • 18.3Dwayne Bravo to Andile Phehlukwayo. SIX, good length ball on off, Phehlukwayo gets under it, but the bat twists in his hand. Yet, the ball has enough fuel to go over the long off boundary

    • 18.2Dwayne Bravo to Andile Phehlukwayo. no run, Bravo follows the batsman, who once again makes room outside leg. Missed slog

    • 18.1Dwayne Bravo to Andile Phehlukwayo. no run, Phehlukwayo gives the charge, Dwayne Bravo slips in the slower one just outside leg. Phehlukwayo can't lay bat onto it

    • Dwayne Bravo [3.0-0-9-2] is back into the attack

    • End of over 18 ( 5 Runs )DOL 169/9 17.6Mohit Sharma to Craig Alexander. FOUR, back of a length and on off, Craig Alexander slaps it away to the deep point boundary
