Rahane goes deep in the crease to cut that away but there is a bit of a zip and bounce on this one which takes the outside edge and lobs towards short third man. Gayle stationed there, dives forward and takes it inches above the ground as the ball was dying in front of him. The big man gets his fingers under the ball and starts to celebrate. The umpire refers it upstairs and replays show it's a neat work from the Universe Boss.

Nair settles himself and grabs it neatly. Punjab should look to capitalize on this breakthrough!

Momentum was taking him over the line but he has the presence of mind to ask Tiwary who is coming in from long on to stay there. He quickly flicks it to his mate and Manoj takes it safely. However, the umpire wants to be sure and hence he sends it upstairs. Replays show us that it's a clean effort and Punjab can continue to rejoice. Tell you what, the hosts have been absolutely on song tonight in the field.

Unluckily for him it goes straight onto the stumps. Rajasthan strike at the right time as this partnership was threatening to run away with the show.

The Aussie in the deep shows his athleticism and takes a fine catch. Excellent effort from D'Arcy at deep mid wicket! He fully stretched himself with a leap and pouches that one quite nicely! Another flop show from Axar. His team is trying to make a Krunal Pandya out of him but so far has not succeeded.
