A searing and inswinging yorker from the Lankan at over 146 clicks and right on the money. Rajasthan Royals are losing their track yet again in the middle overs. Ravindra Jadeja to Wanindu Hasaranga, OUT! TAKEN! Vijay Shankar pulls off an absolute stunner! Wanindu Hasaranga departs as Rajasthan Royals lose half their side! Wickets are tumbling in heaps at the moment for the home side. Ravindra Jadeja darts this one full and on middle, with a lower trajectory. Khaleel Ahmed spears in a good yorker around off and gets it to tail in a bit as well. Shimron Hetmyer comes forward to swipe it away but gets an inside edge onto the pads and the ball goes nowhere. The batters stop and start a bit before scampering through for the run as Khaleel picks up the ball and runs to the keeper's end to knock off the bails. Replays show that Kumar Kartikeya was just short of his ground.

That is some exceptional bowling from Jofra Archer as he provides an early breakthrough for RR in this chase, and the in-form batter of CSK, Rachin Ravindra, is gone for a duck in the very first over! Jofra keeps bowling in that channel, outside off, and prompts the batter to go for that cut shot. He bowls it on a dragged length and keeps it away from the batter to angling it across. Rachin Ravindra stands tall and looks to slice it with no foot movement. He only manages to get a thick outside edge, which goes to the left of the keeper, Dhruv Jurel, who takes it there.
Wanindu Hasaranga to Rahul Tripathi, OUT! CAUGHT! Wanindu Hasaranga strikes instantly! Rahul Tripathi’s scratchy inning comes to an end as Chennai Super Kings lose their second. Hasaranga drops the first one short and on middle, Rahul Tripathi rocks back and looks to pull but is hurried onto the shot a bit. Hits it flat and in front of deep mid-wicket. Shimron Hetmyer moves across and charges in to take a solid catch, low to his right.

Full and on off, Shivam Dube frees his arms and crunches it off the middle of the bat to the right of cover. Parag flings himself to the right and outstretches his right hand to grab the ball. The third umpire is summoned to check if it was taken cleanly, and after watching a couple of angles, it is deemed a fair catch as Riyan Parag has his fingers underneath the ball when he slides.

The length isn't quite full either, and Vijay Shankar is drawn forward, but he is beaten in the flight, and it is the wrong'un that turns back in past the inside edge and castles into the off stump.
