A Joseph to P Stirling, OUT! CAUGHT! West Indies get their first breakthrough. Short delivery on middle, Stirling pulls it uppishly towards mid-wicket where Pollard takes a comfortable catch.
Gareth Delanyc Shai Hope b Alzarri Joseph 19 39 3 0 48.72
14.3
A Joseph to G Delany, OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! Alzarri strikes again. His second today. A short ball outside off, Delany looks to pull but the ball skids on after pitching. Takes the under edge ans goes behind. Shai Hope dives to his left and takes a wonderful catch.
Andy Balbirnie (C)c Shai Hope b Roston Chase 16 13 2 1 123.08
9.1
R Chase to A Balbirnie, OUT! EDGED AND TAKEN! Chase strikes on his first ball itself! It is a big wicket too, Balbirnie, probably Ireland's best batter. It is bowled outside off, it is the straighter one. Balbirne looks to defend but does so inside the line. The ball kisses the outside edge and Hope makes no mistake. Excellent bowling change.
William Porterfieldc Shai Hope b Sheldon Cottrell 15 31 1 0 48.39
20.2
S Cottrell to W Porterfield, OUT! CAUGHT! Cottrell gets his first wicket and Ireland have lost half their side back into the hut. His first spell was quite poor, he would have hoped for a better second and he has started off brilliantly. This is a short of a length delivery outside off, Porterfield looks to cut but gets an outside edge due to the extra bounce. It goes towards the keeper where Shai Hope takes a comfortable catch.
Kevin O'Brienlbw b Alzarri Joseph 4 7 0 0 57.14
16.1
A Joseph to K O'Brien, OUT! LBW! Kevin O'Brien departs too! Trouble, trouble, more trouble. It is Alzarri amongst the wickets again. His third for the afternoon. On a good length on middle, O'Brien walks across and looks to flick but misses it and gets hit on the pads. The bowler appeals for lbw and the umpire raises his finger immediately. Ball Tracker shows that it is hitting the middle and leg stump.
Lorcan Tucker (W)c Hayden Walsh b Alzarri Joseph 31 68 2 0 45.59
38.3
A Joseph to L Tucker, OUT! CAUGHT! Alzarri gets his fourth wicket. On a good length on off, Tucker looks to defend off the back foot but gets it off the splice of the bat. It goes towards point where Hayden Walsh takes a simple catch. This is excellent bowling from Alzarri Joseph.
Simi Singhc Shai Hope b Sheldon Cottrell 5 10 0 0 50
22.5
S Cottrell to S Singh, OUT! Another one bites the dust! Simi Singh has been caught down the leg side. Ireland slip further. It is down the leg side, Singh looks to flick but gets a feather. It goes to Hope who takes it and appeals and up goes the finger. Cottrell gets his second and does his trademark salute celebration for the second time in the day.
Mark Adairst Shai Hope b Hayden Walsh 29 34 2 1 85.29
35.2
H Walsh to M Adair, OUT! STUMPED! So the dropped chance of Adair does not cost a lot. Once again, the bowling change does the trick for West Indies. Good delivery. Walsh tosses this up on off, Adair comes down the track but is beaten in the dip and then turns away as he looks to put bat on ball. Hope does well to take it as there is steep bounce too. He whips the bails off immediately. A good stand for Ireland comes to an end. They would have loved for it to go longer, the Windies though will be happy it has been cut short.
Andy McBrinec Keemo Paul b Hayden Walsh 4 12 0 0 33.33

H Walsh to A McBrine, OUT! CAUGHT! Walsh gets his second! Full toss on middle, McBrine lofts it over mid-wicket but does not get the distance on it. It goes towards Keemo Paul who moves to his right and takes a comfortable catch.

B McCarthy to S Hope, OUT! CAUGHT! What a catch by William Porterfield. Ireland have their first breakthrough. Short of a length delivery, Hope looks to pull but there is extra bounce on that one which induces a top edge. It goes towards mid-wicket where William Porterfield runs back, keeps his eyes on the ball, dives, gets both hands to it, fumbles a touch but takes a good catch in the end. A real stunner. Massive blow. But Ireland need more of these.

S Singh to B King, OUT! CAUGHT! Out of nowhere, West Indies lose their second wicket. Floated delivery on middle, King looks to play it around the corner but gets a top edge. It goes towards short fine leg where Barry McCarthy takes a simple catch. The 71-run stand is broken. West Indies never looked in trouble but Brandon King misses out on an opportunity to score a match-winning unbeaten knock. Just 83 more needed from 189 balls.
Shimron Hetmyerc Lorcan Tucker b Simi Singh 8 8 2 0 100
20.2
S Singh to S Hetmyer, OUT! CAUGHT! Lack of discipline from Hetmyer. The balance between attacking and controlled attacking seems to be lacking in this kid. Flighted delivery on middle, Hetmyer looks to play a wild slog sweep but only gets a top edge. The ball goes high in the air where the keeper Lorcan Tucker runs, calls for it and takes a good catch. A blink-and-you-miss innings from Shimron.
Nicholas Pooranc Simi Singh b Andy McBrine 17 12 2 1 141.67
23.1
A McBrine to N Pooran, OUT! Caught! Another one goes down. West Indies are in a freefall of wickets here. 3/32 in the last 29 balls. No specific reason but no price put on one's wicket. No application whatsoever, just pure aim to finish off the game quickly. Short and outside off, Pooran backs away to the leg side and cuts it uppishly. But it is straight to Simi Singh at backward point. No threat to the hosts as such but they are unnecessarily trying to be over-aggressive.
Roston Chasec Lorcan Tucker b Boyd Rankin 19 26 2 0 73.08
32.5
B Rankin to R Chase, OUT! CAUGHT! Roston Chase departs when West Indies needed only 3 runs to win. Short and outside off, Chase looks to leave the ball but plays it at the last moment due to the extra bounce on this one. He gets a faint knick and it goes towards the keeper where Lorcan Tucker takes a comfortable catch behind the stumps.
