Tim Pringle to Fakhar Zaman, OUT! RUN OUT! Pakistan lose a completely avoidable wicket! Tim Pringle goes full and outside the off pole, Fakhar Zaman goes for the sweep and plays the ball firmly towards deep mid-wicket. They look for two runs but Bas de Leede does wonderfully well in the deep and collects the ball cleanly. The throw is right on top of the stumps at the keeper's end. Fakhar Zaman is well short despite his dive as Scott Edwards whips the bails off. The centurion has to depart and the Netherlands have a couple of wickets in quick succession - both the set batters dismissed.

Vivian Kingma to Imam-ul-Haq, OUT! LBW! Imam-ul-Haq has to depart! The Netherlands have drawn first blood! Vivian Kingma bowls this fuller and swings the ball into the left-handed batter from around middle and leg. Imam-ul-Haq plays all over this one and misses the line of the ball. It hits him on the pads and the Dutch players go up in a huge appeal. The umpire though disagrees. Scott Edwards decides to review this after some contemplation. UltraEdge shows there is no bat involved. Ball Tracking shows all three reds and the on-field umpire has to overturn his decision! What a breakthrough for Netherlands and Pakistan's watchful start has not paid off!

Logan van Beek to Babar Azam, OUT! CAUGHT! At last, the Netherlands have a breakthrough as they get rid of Babar Azam. The stand worth 168 runs has been put to an end. It's on a good length, around off, Babar clears his front leg and tries to heave it over mid-wicket. The ball though takes the top edge and flies to mid off where Tom Cooper takes a simple catch at the edge of the circle. Runs had dried out in the last few overs and the Pakistan skipper, in an attempt to cut loose, departs.

39.1
Bas de Leede to Mohammad Rizwan, OUT! Given lbw! Mohammad Rizwan has a word with his partner and takes the review. This one looks close. Coming to the delivery, it's on a length around off, angling in, Rizwan stays back and tries to flick but misses. He is rapped on the front pad, they appeal vociferously and the finger goes up. DRS time! The UltraEdge finds no bat and the Ball Tracking shows that it's clipping the leg stump. The on-field decision stays and Rizwan walks back for yet another low score. This is a good phase of play for the home team.

Short in length and outside off, slower in pace, Nawaz goes on his toes and tries to slam it over point. The ball though arrives late and takes the top half of his blade. It lobs up to Vivian Kingma at short third man who makes no mistake on this occasion.
