A review would have saved Holder there as Eagle-Eye shows that it was missing the sticks. Good length delivery angling in, Holder tries to flick off the front foot, misses and is struck above the kneeroll. Impact was on the middle and it looked pretty high to the naked eye as well, but Bravo and the umpire thought otherwise. The shout was pretty confident from the Aussies and umpire Marais Erasmus raised his finger after a long thought. Eagle-Eye shows that ball was missing the leg stump by a long margin as well.
