Edulji, who has been given a lot of credit for working towards the betterment of women's cricket during her 33-month tenure as a CoA.
CoA member Diana Edulji has hit back at Farokh Engineer for his remarks in which he questioned the credentials of the committee.
The Vinod Rai-led CoA, which demits office on Wednesday, was originally a four-member panel appointed by the Supreme Court on January 30, 2017.
All CoA members will be paid Rs 10 lakh per month for the period of 2017, Rs 11 lakh and 12 lakh for 2018 and 2019 respectively.
Edulji is set to meet Amicus Curiae P.S. Narasimha on Thursday and will discuss the decision to shift the date of BCCI elections by a day to October 23.
The decision to change the date was taken in the wake of assembly elections in Haryana and Maharashtra.
The split in CoA is wide open as chief Vinod Rai has called for deferment of the BCCI elections, but co-member Diana Edulji doesn't.
The former India women's captain however did not reveal the amount that was going to be given to the team.
