BCCI Disciplinary Committee deferred a decision on the tainted duo of Ajit Chandila and Hiken Shah till January 5.
Rajasthan Royals players Ajit Chandila and Hiken Shah have been alleged to having fix IPL matches in 2013.
Bombay High Court today dismissed a petition filed by him challenging BCCI's order suspending him.
According to the petition by Shah, he was not given a hearing before the order was passed, and hence it should be passed.
The Mumbai batsman was suspended by the BCCI following match-fixing allegations.
