BCCI should come under RTI act, says SAI Director General
Sports Authority of India (SAI) Director General, Jiji Thomson on Monday advocated the need to bring BCCI under the purview of the RTI act and said the spirit of the game has suffered due to the spot-fixing scandal in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2013.

BCCI to come under RTI: Sports Ministry
The National Sports Federations, including the BCCI, would be treated as public authority and would come under the Right to Information Act (RTI) under the proposed National Sports Development bill, Sports Minister Ajay Maken said on Monday.
