The BCCI has never allowed Indian players to participate in any of the T20 leagues around the world including the Big Bash in Australia and NatWestT20 Blast in England, besides Caribbean Premier League in West Indies.

CSA to announce 8 team owners of T20 Global Destination League soon
The new tournament, named T20 Global Destination League, will comprise eight city-based teams and is scheduled to start in early November and the final slated for December 16.
