The tournament is also remembered for Australia’s shocking defeat at the hands of debutant Zimbabwe, the induction of the 30-yard circle and Winston Davis’ Headingley decimation of the Aussies and Kapil Dev’s sensational running catch to dismiss Viv Richards in the final.
