Australia opener Chris Rogers said that he was relieved to score a ton on Saturday. Rogers scored an unbeaten  101 took Australia to 222 for five against England on Day Two of the fourth Ashes Test match at Chester-le-Street on Saturday.

“To get a hundred playing for your country is a magnificent moment. I’m so happy and so relieved,” Rogers said.

“After playing so much domestic cricket, to get this opportunity and to get a hundred is something that you only dream of,” he added.

Australia trail England by 16 runs with five wickets in hand.
