Australia's first innings at Lord's went horribly as they collapsed in the second Ashes Test on Friday. Graeme Swann troubled the visitors as he recorded a five-for at the home of cricket.

Swann said that the pitch was pretty good for batting but cricket is a funny game and sometimes wickets do tumble it was one of those days. Swann himself had a stroke of luck as his fifth wicket was as bizarre as it could be. A high full-toss struck Rogers above waist and was adjudged LBW.

"It was quite simply the worst ball I've ever bowled, it slipped out of my hand, I can't even watch it so the less we see of it the better," said Swann.

"It was truly awful cricket. I was a bit embarrassed but I'm sure Chris Rogers was even more embarrassed."
