BCCI’s ACSU probe on IPL 2013 spot-fixing completed
The anti-corruption and security unit of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has completed its investigation into the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2013 spot-fixing scandal. Anti-Corruption and Security Unit (ACSU) is expected to present the findings of the probe in the first week of July.
Tainted cricketer S Sreesanth, became the first of the four cricketers to depose before BCCI's ACSU chief Ravi Sawani at a city hotel in New Delhi on Monday.
The Kerala paceman, who was in judicial custody for close to a month, on allegations of spot-fixing during an IPL match between Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab dropped in at a five-star facility to meet Sawani.
