BCCI waiting for Court’s decision on Deccan Chargers

Indian Premier League (IPL) Chairman Rajiv Shukla has hinted that there might be a new team in the place of beleaguered Deccan Chargers but the final decision will be taken by Board of Control for Cricket in India president.

However IPL governing council is in no hurry as the Bombay high court on Monday has directed the BCCI to maintain status quo regarding the termination of the IPL franchise, owned by Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd.
