Big Bash League 2015: Michael Lumb excited for Wednesday’s final at Canberra

England cricketer Michael Lumb is excited to appear in this week’s Big Bash League Final in Canberra where his Sydney Sixers team take on Perth Scorchers.

The Scorchers have reached the final of the Big Bash League in all three previous editions, each of which were held at WACA. However, they managed to win only in the last edition, beating Hobart Hurricanes by 39 runs. On the other hand, Sydney Sixers have reached the final twice in previous occasions.

On paper, the batting line-up also appears to be far stronger than Scorchers with the likes of Michael Lumb, Nic Maddinson, and Jordan Silk in the mix.
