S Sreesanth's lawyer moved for fresh bail after the Delhi police invoked Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) against the cricketer on Tuesday.

Sreesanth and his counsel, who had applied for a bail before, withdrew the earlier plea as it was considered to be infractuous by the court.
