Cricketers entertain scores of their fans with their athleticism on the cricket field. Off it, they please them with their gestures. A lot of cricketers believe in giving back to the society with their charity work. Some even have their foundations running, doing a noble work for the deprived ones, while a few others do their bit in their own way. Recently, some of the Australian cricketers, who were touring with the national team to the island country of Sri Lanka, indulged in a noble initiative. John Hastings, Nathan Lyon, Aaron Finch, Glenn Maxwell and George Bailey lead a cricket clinic with kids affected by the recent floods and landslides in Sri Lanka. A video of the same was shared by Cricket Australia (CA) s official Twitter handle:

The video shows cricketers spending time playing cricket and interacting with the kids during the clinic in Kandy. The kids, who were from Aranayake, were affected by the horrific flooding and landslides earlier this year and the cricketers made sure their act applied some balm on their sufferings. CA as well as the cricketers deserve applauds for this noble act.
