Spinner Imran Tahir and batsman Faf du Plessis has been called up.Tahir will replace pacer Rory Kleinveldt and du Plessis come sin place of injured JP Duminy.
Skipper Graeme Smith said leg-spinner Tahir was a logical choice as he thinks he will play a big role on the dry Adelaide pitch.
Smith also said Plessis can be used as a part-time bowler if he is needed.
Smith denied that the first Test was a points victory for Australia, saying the match was a draw for both teams.
The skipper denied verbal rivalry between the two teams, saying that sledging is not "that big of an issue."
