India‘s paceman, Ishant Sharma, on the first day of the first Test against New Zealand, picked up his 150th test wicket in his seven-year long career.

Ishant reached the milestone when he picked up the wicket of New Zealand opener, Hamish Rutherford.

Ishant was the pick of the Indian bowlers on the first day of the first Test, picking up two wickets in his very first spell.
