Lalchand Rajput: Good opportunities for young players to stake claim

Broad President's XI coach Lalchand Rajput feels it is good opportunity for young players as they take on Australia in a two-day warm-up game at Chennai.

Fifteen Indian players have been named for the first two Test matches against Australia but still there are many players who can claim their seats in the national team.

Rajput feels it is a good opportunity for young players to perform well and stake claim in the national side.

The team comprises of three spinners – Parvez Rassol, Sarabjit Ladda and Kamlesh Makwana. Rajput said they will decide on the playing XI on Tuesday.
